Our Community Meeting's give clients the opportunity to tell us first hand how the quality of our service has impacted them. If you have anything you wish to share about past experiences with our program, both positive and negative. Please attend.

What's on the Agenda

We have multiple announcements to share in the event that our time at this meeting isn't spent discussing Community Feedback. Our Community Meeting's are a time for you to share any positive or negative experiences you may have had with EDI, as well as suggestions on how to improve upon the quality of care we provide. If there's none to be discussed, we're happy to talk about:

The recent expansion of our Repair Program to The City of Emeryville, thanks to a grant generously provided by the City.
A change to our FASTER Contract with the Alameda County Transportation Commission that allows us to take your power chair back to our repair shop and provide you with a loaner chair in the event repairs can't be completed on the spot.
Development Progress on the Easy Does It Caregiver Network. A social network that anyone can use to communicate with Caregivers. Our Case Managers can use this to bolster their ability to refer caregivers to clients, and anyone can use the site themselves regardless of where they live.
